The Missionaries of St Francis de Sales is an international Congregation of Religious approved by the Holy See , with its mother house in Annecy , at the tomb of St Francis de Sales and of our Founder , Fr Peter Mary Mermier in the crypts of the Basilica of the Visitation Sisters , Annecy, France . The Generalate House is in Rome.The Congregation welcomes candidates to discern to join and live our way of life as approved by the Holy See .It consists in living in religious community of missionaries and following the spirit and spirituality of our Patron St Francis de Sales and the apostolic boldness of our Founder, Fr Peter Mary Mermier.
Welcome to commit yourself to live in fraternal communion of brothers in a community through the practice of the vows of poverty, chastity and obedience and give witness to unity and communion , a fruit of communion with God.
Welcome to engage in passionate commitment to missionary work anywhere you are sent and are needed , to live on the frontiers of Christ’s mission among the poor and proclaim the Joy of the Gospel.
